SquareKick Video User Guide
Overview
This User Guide is designed to help SquareKick users get the most out of their experience while participating in all activities within the platform. The guide provides an overview of key features, functionality, and navigation throughout the SquareKick app, making it easier for users to explore, engage with, and enjoy the platform. Our goal is to help users confidently navigate the app, access available features, and enhance their overall SquareKick experience in an informative, seamless, and entertaining way.

What this guide covers
- Eligibility and Location State first: SquareKick paid rooms are for eligible adults. Before paid checkout, select your current physical Location State from the dropdown when shown, certify that it matches where you are physically located, and review Terms, Privacy, Contest Rules, Responsible Play, and state availability.
- Create or access your account: sign up, sign in, use supported social sign-in options when available, reset your password if needed, and keep your profile information accurate.
- Find a matchup room: use Featured Grid, Matchups, All Rooms, My Rooms, or the Live Grid to review NFL/NBA matchup rooms, room status, entry details, award details, and posted room rules.
- Open team information: on supported pages such as All Matchups, Live Grid, Matchup Detail, and related room views, click or tap a team name to view available team details before joining or submitting picks.
- Join a room: choose an available full-square or half-square entry, use manual square selection or auto assignment when offered, confirm required eligibility prompts, complete checkout, and confirm the entry appears on the room grid.
- Submit Skill Card-1: after joining, complete pre-shuffle prediction questions before the room cutoff. Skill Card-1 includes matchup-knowledge questions and may include active Award Questions only when SquareKick has enabled those specific award questions for the room.
- Understand Award Questions: Award Questions are sport-aware professional NFL/NBA player award predictions. They appear only when Award Questions are enabled and the specific award is active. Correct answers are managed in the dedicated Award Questions settings section and remain independent from Score Console and score publishing.
- Submit Skill Card-2: after shuffle, review your revealed row/column digits and submit post-shuffle square-position predictions before the Skill Card-2 lock time.
- Follow the Live Grid: view owned squares, room activity, and available grid details. Mobile SquareKick pages support pinch zoom so users can better inspect grid and page content.
- Follow live score progress: use the Live Score Progress window to track team names, score digits, current period/status, Q1/Halftime/Q3/Final results, and score-progress updates. Mobile view uses a high-contrast dark layout for readability.
- Review results: open the Matchup Detail page and Winners tab to review Straight and Reverse winners, normalized Combined / Skill / Square point breakdowns, tiebreaker details, and published result status.
- Wallet and payout setup: use Wallet to review balances and payout activity, then open Payout Account Setup to continue through Stripe’s secure payout onboarding flow when eligible.
- Support and account controls: use Notifications, Profile, Contact Us, live chat support, Responsible Play, FAQ, User Guide, Contest Rules, Privacy, Terms, and Account Deletion pages for help and platform controls.
Recommended walkthrough order for new users
Confirm age eligibility, choose your current physical Location State from the dropdown when shown, review the room rules, understand the entry amount and award structure, and make sure you can access your SquareKick account.
Submit Skill Card-1, review any active Award Questions, wait for shuffle, submit Skill Card-2, follow the Live Grid and Live Score Progress window, review Winners, then use Wallet/Payout Setup for eligible awards.
